US EB-5 Investment Immigration
US Green Cards for the whole family — a pathway to citizenship after five years of permanent residency.

EB-5 is an investment-based immigration program established by the US Congress, requiring an investment of $800,000 for projects in priority areas (rural locations, high-unemployment zones, or infrastructure) or $1,050,000 for standard projects. Investors and their families receive a conditional Green Card valid for two years, after which they apply to remove the conditions and obtain permanent resident status.

As permanent residents, children can attend US public schools—from elementary through high school—free of charge, just like other residents. The family is free to live, study, and work in any US state.

The EB-5 process does not require prior business experience, specific educational degrees, or English proficiency—distinguishing it from many other US visa categories.

Permanent residents are free to travel in and out of the US. However, maintaining a primary residence in the US is a requirement; prolonged absences may result in the loss of permanent resident status. You should discuss your family's residency plans with an immigration attorney.

The US boasts a healthcare system with world-class facilities. Medical costs are covered by insurance; therefore, permanent residents need to secure appropriate health insurance coverage.

Broadway theater, Hollywood cinema, iconic sports like American football, and a rich culinary tradition reflect the creativity of the United States.

The U.S. Congress established the EB-5 visa program to stimulate the economy by attracting foreign investment and creating jobs for U.S. workers.

Program steps:

•    Select a suitable investment project and conduct due diligence with an attorney
•    Invest $800,000 (priority area) or $1,050,000 (standard project)
•    Demonstrate the lawful source of the entire investment amount
•    File Form I-526E with supporting documentation; await USCIS adjudication
•    Receive a conditional Green Card (valid for two years) for the entire family
•    File Form I-829 to remove conditions and obtain a permanent resident Green Card
•    Apply for naturalization after five years of permanent residency, provided residency and physical presence requirements are met

•    Green cards for the entire family: spouse and unmarried children under 21 included in the same application
•    Spouse may work in the U.S.; children may attend U.S. K-12 schools and universities without a student visa
•    Live, study, and work in any of the 50 U.S. states
•    No requirements regarding foreign language proficiency, educational degrees, or management experience
•    Eligibility for in-state university tuition rates after meeting specific state residency requirements
•    Freedom to enter and exit the U.S., provided a primary residence is maintained in the country

Under EB-5 program regulations, the investment must remain "at risk" throughout the required period. The program does not guarantee the return of capital, profits, or a successful application outcome. The timing and ability to recover capital depend on the project's business performance.

After holding permanent resident status for five years, you may apply for U.S. citizenship if you meet the requirements regarding continuous residence, physical presence, language proficiency, and knowledge of civics.

The EB-5 program involves investment risk and is subject to U.S. securities laws. All applications are adjudicated by USCIS. Investment amounts and regulations are subject to change; please verify current regulations and consult an immigration attorney before committing to an investment.
